Mental Health during H1B transfer RFE wait time

Any stories how would you deal or dealt with delays during H1B transfer RFE response time during company transition? I am totally checked out at work. I hate my current manager. Poor management has been the reason for my decisions. I am so demotivated that I can’t continue to work at my old speed. Infact I barely work, I coast and read news or RH the entire day. RFE resolution would take 3-4 months. Any help?
Old TC: 340K (stock appreciation)
New TC: 485K

Firstly, it’s very unlikely that your RFE will fail. Don’t worry about that too much.
Secondly, your value is recognized outside (145k more TC), and it’s temporary that you have to stay in the current team. Try to think about the positive side, and don’t care too much about your work situation. It will be gone within 3 months.
In the meantime, you can learn, focus more on your health/life, etc. I hear that Amazon has some good learning materials.
