Had onsite interview one week back. No updates yet. Should I ping the recruiter or wait? How long does the result take generally?

      Talk to your recruiter, mine took a while because they wanted to try talking to some team managers about my profile before sending it to the Hiring Committee. Your recruiter should have communicated this to you if that was the route they were taking

    Mine took 2 weeks but Thanksgiving was in the middle of that.
