Hi all!
I work at a web agency - aka we make websites.
As days passed by, I realized that I start off as a product manager ie;
- Involved in client calls
- User journeys, personas, competitive set discussion, user experience, product requirements gathering, pain points analysis, etc
Then I move on to be a project manager ie;
- project timeline
- project budget
- resource allocation
- sprint plannings
My question to the community here is that, are you familiar with such a situation? What should be my actual job title? I am looking to move into a bigger tech company, but for now, please help me clear some awkward doubts in my mind.
Thank you so much!

I don’t think that anything that you described other than project budget and resource allocation falls outside of the bounds of what would be expected from a senior or lead designer.
