India or Dubai?
I got an offer in Dubai. I'm currently working as PM in Rackspace. Even though the work is not that great, the pay is good and it's WFH (I'm saving good amount living in a tier 2 city with my parents). However I'm working night shifts. I'm not sure if I should move and take the offer. It'll be lot more work. Can you guys share your insights? What does it mean for my career and life ahead. I'm currently 27. Should I go for it? Current TC - 36 LPA INR( fixed) 6 YOE Offer TC in Dubai - 36k AED per month (7 LPM INR). Dubai is NOT a shit hole. As someone who has lived there for 5 years. It’s the most safest city in the world. World class infrastructure. High quality of life. Don’t believe the online propaganda.

Not for that much fun. Cost of life is higher in Dubai. Check where you are going to live in Dubai. Check the price of housing and commodities in your locality. From the first impression you will still be able to enjoy your life more than you do in India with that TC. Also check employer track record to make sure you get paid correctly
