Spent so much time talking to recruiters

I spent so much time emailing and scheduling calls with recruiters. How do I make it faster? Just send them my Calendly and let them book a time? Why does every recruiter want to talk on the phone?? Even the ones with only contract opportunities.

Most intro calls with recruiters are the same (except for the companies I’m really interested in so I’ll ask them a lot of questions).

How do people have time to schedule so many interviews AND actually prep for the interviews??
