Expect a whipping by Bezos every quarter if alien visions are not met. Then you will be forced to walk the chihuahua desert with no water for a week straight like immigrants have to. If you survive only then will get a promotion

    1. phone call (manager and skip). Technical screening.

    2. One hour presentation where I talk about my experience and immediately followed by it is 4x 30 minute individual sessions (manager, skip, program/project manager and a bar raiser)

    • I had a bar raiser as well (in ET) but it sounds like they don't have enough people in the bar raiser program to have them in on every interview, so some people aren't getting them.

  • My second round interview for a different role was more of a tech screen. I had a few questions on my resume, whether I had any experience in some particular skillsets relevant to the position I was applying to (and to talk about them), and some technical questions to gauge competency. These questions were also all relevant to the role I was applying to, so your mileage will definitely vary. Hope this helps!
