What to choose - AWS/GCP/ORCL BMC/ACN

I decided to leave MSFT and interviewed a lot during summer. ORCL was fastest to propose but it took them 5 weeks to extend an offer so this is what I have now, must decide this week. Conceptually all roles are similar, build global / regional team to run complex cloud transformations:
- ORCL BMC - $400k total comp
- AWS - 20% below ORCL
- GCP - 10% below ORCL
- Accenture - it's MD role, $500k + $200k sign on + growth path to $500k+
First three are safe choices for me, I am doing similar work at MSFT, but ACN tickles my interest...it's multi-cloud, high complexity and a very senior team.
Thoughts please?

17 years of total experience, 10 at MSFT of which 8 with Azure.
BMC - they could match, but I am hearing lot of conflicting things about stock refresh (basically you get your initial RSU and that's it). Also, they are way above rest of Oracle in compensation and freedom - how long before someone looks at CPH and decides to go medieval. BMC is 1500 people in a company of 120.000, how long can they remain privileged anomaly? Don't get me wrong, team looks fantastic, but I doubt longevity.
Also, money is not my #1 motivator...I would like to do some work on multi-cloud projects solving real customer problems. It is a very different skill set when you have to work across 2-3 cloud platforms to build something that works in production.
But this time around even the ppl who are coming into bmc are smart enough. I know very few ppl who are coming in to stay around. Most of them are here just for money. They don't want oracle brand to stick to their resume. So just make money while it is hot and get out is the motto.
