Dell / EMC Principal SWE TC

Was contacted by recruiter for a principal swe at EMC virtual appliance team, not exactly sure the exact team.

Have lots of experience in primary storage and EMC is a long time competitor.

Yoe: 15
TC: 250

Told recruiter I’m looking for 300k+ TC, is this reasonable at Dell/EMC for a principal swe role? That would be a remote position.

Not much on level.fyi to look at, so data might be skewed but looks like 300k tc isn’t achievable for L8
