30% of working professionals would quit if they had to return to office after pandemic

I thought I’d never want to go back but in a way I would love to have the option to drop in for certain meetings. But it should be my decision when to come in.

No. I’m saying that if I work 2 days in the office I’d work 3 from home and vice versa. So 2/3 days from home out of the 5 working days. Sorry for the confusion.

No, I saw a few polls showing between 30-50% want to work remotely permanently. That's why I created a poll here, to check what people on Blind think. Let's see how it goes, but for now it's even more than 30% in this poll.

Maybe, or maybe not. A lot of large companies (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft) as well as smaller companies (e.g., Atlassian, Reddit) adopt full remote approach, at least for some teams/roles.
