I am mid process of interviewing at Coinbase for a product manager post. But just received another offer for Associate VP position at Healthcare Technology company (TC 200K)
Trying to make a decision in a few weeks but figured Blind fam is very knowledgeable about Coinbase, so a few questions:
1. Is Coinbase considered in the same category as FAANG?
2. Does Coinbase have a legitimate future outside of Bitcoin?
3. What is compensation like for a Senior Product Manager (L6?)? Glassdoor and levels.fyi isn't cutting it.
Any additional feedback would be great. #coinbase #productmanagement #product #productmanager #pm

L5 would get you to around 280-300k. L6 would get you to 360-410k.

I am a month and half in at the VP (healthcare) job. Best decision I ever took, managing a large team, big budgets(tens of millions), and have major influence at a public company. I have been thrown into the fire and loving it. Serious growth potential and incentives.
Having said that, Coinbase was one of the best interview processes I have gone through, I wish the company the best during their IPO.
