This is the gay black actor who staged a hate crime.

A judge has issued warrants ordering Google to provide a bunch of info (1 year of emails, text messages, calls, photos, drive files, location history, web/search history, etc)

I'm not a fan of this guy at all and revel in all the hate he's gotten, but at the same time, it does seem concerning that so much and such private info could be handed over at the whim of the government.

    Always push back against the governments. I despise this guy for what he did but to hand over that level of personal info without a warrant of sorts is total bullshit. Make the government work within its own system to obtain it. Iโ€™m a conservative but never trust the government or make their life easier when they do the opposite when it suits them.

  • So itโ€™s just like a search warrant. Issue here is if Google still has the info if the user has cleared all the history.
