Yeah. I agree it is flawed. But I don’t know. Just adding them on skills will also mean the same thing. Like no one can know everything about the topic. At the end of the day we are human. No one should expect us to know everything about the topic. But i agree with what you are saying

In general it looks fine for entry level but it's a really tough market for entry level DS right now, you will probably have to settle for DA for a while
Maybe do some open source work for a non-profit? For me, this has been a win-win as a chance to work with data that is very different from the data I work with at my day job (as a DS) and also to help a good cause.
