I am having interviews for an L5 PgM role in a few days.
Curious to know if there were any specific experiences i should talk about. My experiences range from supply chain, process to marketing. (More on the former side)
Or are the interviews purely based on LP alignment?
Would welcome any suggestions!

Be prepared with a variety of examples that you can go deep on. Examples should be as high scope as possible, since if your examples are too low scope you either won’t get hired or you’ll be down leveled. You’ll be getting behavioral based questions focused on various leadership principles. Be sure to use STAR format and focus on what YOU did. In cases where the candidate uses We a lot, we almost never hire, or if we do, they end up down leveled because we couldn’t truly assess. Amazon is very data driven, so the more you can quantify the impact of your stories, the better. Be sure to avoid rambling and going into too much unnecessary detail. Make sure you really understand and know the LPs. That’s truly how we calibrate candidates. It’s not about how nice of a person they were etc. If the interviewers don’t believe you exhibited strengths in the assigned LPs, then you most likely won’t get hired.
But this team sits in last mile

Also, thank you for the tip on metrics and impact. I think i will drive my focus in that direction more.
