I assume this article just says that the S-Team is all white males with the recent exception of the new SVP HR?

Can someone with a subscription cut and paste the article here?

      So? Being an SVP, you're supposed to have thought through that problem in one of your FAQs. You're supposed to have made hundreds of people run data analysis on this very type of corner case behaviors over the last 20 years. Talent management and recycling at Amazon scale is no joke.

      At that level you're hardly allowed to say - oops i didn't think of that.

      She is no role model SVP. So not helping your cause of feminist representation. Better luck next time.

    I care and think Amazon is mostly headed by white men. Problem is with the S team itself, which is why that attitude trickles down quite a bit.
