Assuming the same company offers two different TC for different teams in Seattle and Austin, which one would be better to choose? Both base pay are same.
If living frugal and single, how much difference in savings can be seen one over the other
Appreciate if you can specify any other advantages for one over the other apart from TC

Austin
1. Weather
2. 210k here goes a long way compared to 240k in Seattle
Seattle
1. Better tech company presence for job switch
I’ve spent all my time here in Austin and have lived here for several years. Unless you want to buy a house, I wouldn’t recommend moving. And You get houses only in Leander area which is technically a desert in the middle of nowhere and that too for 600k. Check out Taylor Morrison’s floor plans.
