I’m very excited about Roblox. Recruiter thinks interviewing for M2 is possible but may down level to M1. I have 10+ reports at Google including 2 L6 TLs. I have been a manager for 3+ years and overall 11 years of experience .
Would M1 be down-level in my case? Any Robloxians here to share the experience/scope of current M1s and M2s at Roblox? For example, do M2s always manage other managers or just TLs?
