I just had my PCS discussion, got 6% base pay increase, but lower RSU grants for FY24 from FY23. Also I noted a declining YOY revenue even if I include a 15% YOY stock increase, and 6% base pay increase. Is this common? I believe the revenue should go up vs decline?
I got the meet high bar rating. I’m little over 2.5 years at Aws, and L6. My manager tells me I’m up for promo in Q3 to L7.
How will this change things? Would I get additional RSU for next 3 years or will it start to show in fy25? Also, would change happen at promo time or do I need to wait till next PCS?
Is this management way of telling me I should look for another job?
