How does the community perceive working at LI as an engineer vs FB, Goog, Aws, Dropbox? Is it a desirable company?
I’m assuming G > F > A > L > D
Should I move from LI to FB or AWS? Assume comp isn’t an issue.
This is purely a superficial question.
Obviously, a great manager, team, and work at a less prestigious place is way better than a shitty life at a shiny company.

FB seems like the best place to work right now as an engineer in terms of comp and career growth opportunity.
Dropbox makes a nice product, but working there seems scary because there is such stiff competition.
LinkedIn seems like a place to get good comp, but it’s not really an inspiring company like the others.
