What’s the difference between these 3 roles:
Technology Sales Professional (Azure)
Solutions Specialist (Azure)
Cloud Solutions Architect?
It seems all 3 focus on the same thing.
Thanks!

SSP - lightly technical, call upon TSPs to help with everything they do. Basically there to pull in TSPs then do follow up / partner matching. Very stressed all the time and super busy.
CSA - POST SALES role. Technical in one specific area (like containers, or app dev).
CTS (field AE basically)
AE (each have a list of accounts)
SSP (AE has one SSP per Workload)
TSP (Pooled Resource broken down by workload)
CSA is a post sales role basically trying to identify and expand on a customers current workloads from their account list.
Workloads are: modern workplace, Azure, data & ai, dynamics, etc.
Example 15% bonus of base salary in one category is the same for TSP and SSP. But then in another category it may be 15% TSP and 25% SSP. So the overall POSSIBLE is higher for SSP. But you can promote faster as a TSP so your base can go up faster increasing what you’re able to get a % of. Also, it’s only if the SSP crushes it and gets more than the 15%.
