I have a job offer from rally health. Haven’t heard their offer yet, but the feedback was that they really want to hire me and they are asking for salary expectation. I have around 5 years of experience and have a current total compensation of 215k. Location San Francisco Bay Area. How much should should be my salary expectation? I would assume a senior or principal engineer role.
Also how is the company doing in general. How is the culture and what kind of tech problems is it currently solving? I am a distributed systems backend guy. Is rally health a good company to join or should I keep interviewing?
