Could anyone who works at Nylas please share their thoughts on their compensation, just wondering if their Series C funding has changed the compensation bands
They're really pinching pennies for remote workers(so if you live in medium col, they really try to ding you). It's really odd too because I think they're only so frugal because of leadership/hr. Depends on department though. If you're in Sales, it's a great place to be. Everybody else, I would be hesitant.
I agree, it isn’t a tech company it seems, even though the product itself is.
What makes you say it’s not tech company?
They pay me well, but I've reagulary dealt with HR saying I get paid too much. Other companies I interview with put my pay at Nylas as the bottom of their salary range though.
Sounds true based on my initial call to discuss comp expectation.
Can I DM you? I'm interviewing with them and not quite sure on what to ask for
I don’t work there but have seen some of their postings in Colorado where they are required to post salary, and the salaries always seemed highly competitive for the roles I looked at
