Experience: Masters in EE (Digital IC Design focus) from a top 15 school in the US, 2.5 years of work experience as a CAD Engineer after that. Came back to India in April 2021 on a transfer with the same company to Hyderabad. Started looking for jobs in Bangalore due to personal reasons.
Offer 1:
Intel, CAD Engineer (G6)
Base+Bonus: 23 LPA
Stocks: 15k USD over 3 years
Retirals (12% PF + gratuity)
Offer 2:
Marvell, Senior Engineer, Digital IC Design
Base+Bonus: 21.5 LPA
Stocks: 13.5k USD over 4 years
Retirals (12% PF + gratuity)
Looking at the compensation, clearly Intel is the way to go. But Marvell role is in memory design + memory related tool development which is very attractive to me. Intel role is CAD in the PESG group. Any reviews of either groups or suggestions as to which one is better for the long term?
Thanks in advance.
