I've got an offer from Roblox but I'm feeling a little hesitant to leave amazon. I'd like to ask for insight from current employees. What's the tech stack like? How is the culture? What's the management like?

It is one of the more popular frameworks, people have negative opinions of .net haven't used .net.
Only downside is that its on on windows.
I think the rumor about c# comes from the web side. I'm not sure how accurate it is. Server/client has a lot of c++. Web probably leverages microservices more than client does. We use some AWS but we have invested a lot in our own data centers. Languages depends on the work, it's not dictated by management.
1. Net and C# are cross-platform.
2. Theyโre as much ahead of other modern programming languages and frameworks as much is Tesla as an electric car ahead of other EVs.
Dave has liked to talk about ownership at the team level though. So two teams can be really different. But overall it's a really good place.
