Is it been around 3 weeks since I finished my onsite with Salesforce and I still have not heard back. I sent an email to the recruiter 2 days back and she still hasn't responded. I feel like the recruiter might not be with the company anymore or on vacation. But I did not get out of office response and my email also did not bounce.
I do have email address of the manager, is it a good idea to approach him directly for feedback?

However, if I got the opposite vibe, then I would not.
3 weeks feels like a long time to not get an answer. And if I did reach out, and the hiring manager’s answer was “talk to Hr” I’d feel that’s a bad situation and definitely would not want that manager to be mine tbh.
