I really like google and it's one of the best places where I would like to work. High TC, great WLB.
But in recent times I have noticed - no new innovation, no top talent retention (many highly talented people are not joining google - the bar has become low as some would say)
Are we witnessing the fall?

For lower levels, I would pick FB since promotions and pay growth are faster.
Also depends a bit on product. Google has a wider variety of products to work on.
U can do better.
U r like one of those parents:
“I’m not angry at you. I am disappointed. You can do better son!”
