Is Meta/Facebook still hiring E3 in nyc right now?

Recruiter reached out to me and I told them I was only looking for the NY office and they still went ahead with interviewing me. At the same time, my new grad friends are saying NYC is full.

I'm based in NYC already and am an industry hire fwiw.
