You get $1500 either self or family. Double that if your spouse is a GM employee.

It’s $1,500 per employee, up to a max of two employees per family.

If you’re single, it’s $1,500 for you. If you’re married, it’s $1,000 for you and $500 for your spouse, still totaling $1,500.

If you and your spouse both work at GM, then it’s $1,500+$1,500 totaling $3k.
