I was wondering if fellow blinders had any awkward technical interview experiences?
To start, I was told before hand it would be a white board style interview so I prepared for that. When it came down to it though they pulled out a laptop and had technical issues connecting it to a screen. After spending some amount of my tech interview time doing that, they decided that one person hovering over me while the other two just stare at me or talk to each other was a good solution. I thought this was incredibly awkward and slightly unfair with respect to time.
Also, they used hackerrank problems instead of leetcode and the hackerrank interface kinda sucks.

Sadly the only other interviews I have is for a lower TC as a PM or a role with a 40mi commute.
