Who earns more in the long run -technical roles or management?I can understand interest matters but purely from a financial perspective ?I can see that tech roles start at higher starting salaries but for >10 years experience salaries for product managers/TPM seem to equal tech roles .(with the exception of principal engineers or top1% of engineers).Is this true in all Companies?I currently have 2-three years experience and
