Hi all
I completed my Meta M1 on-site last week- Wednesday . Today the recruiter reached out to my Meta references and said she was going to take my packet to the HC .
The fact that she reached out to my Meta references and moved so quickly is that a good sign ?
Personally based on the interview I would give me a 60/40 chance for getting thru

Update it did get thru . Happy to help anyone who is on this journey

Overall I found the discussions very engaging. The interviews mostly took the flow trying to understand how you think and operate vs really grilling you with follow ups like at Amazon
I found Amazon's interview actually trying to dig deeper into my thought process than the one I went through at Meta where they just seemed to be hurling different scenarios at me.
Amazon went both broad and deep while Meta was just broad.
