Been dealing with impostor syndrome all my life and while have made important achievements in my career I feel I’m not at my full potential and in a point I need to optimize for self-confidence and esteem if I want to take my career to the next level, lead large orgs, and drive high impact. Any good stories or ideas on how to boost self-confidence at work?

Something similar happened to me after I joined Amazon. At first it was exciting because it's a FANG company. But tech challenges are tech challenges. I overworked myself. The "bar raising" meant work more hours, after that take on more responsibilities, now the bar is "jump off a building" to show your obsession. So, I was done with that.
I started meditating as @TombRaider suggests and that made a big difference for me. You can pray to God, the Universe, the Holy Potato, whatever makes your feel good, but do it for you, not for others. Do charity work, mentor underrepresented students, engage in other "feel good" activities; but keep that to yourself. It'll be better for your soul and in exchange you'll feel better.
Now, I'm getting ready for a promotion, but I'm still planning on moving to a different company with a very vibrant and positive team. It might still take me a while because I'm in the middle of a big release at work.
Anyway, keep up the good spirit. Be good to yourself.
