I'm sure everybody would know Intel bumped up salaries of existing employees by 7%.
What do folks think about AMD? New hires are getting paid very good TC compared to existing employees. Would AMD ever do something like this?

There was a mass brain drain that was happening at intel and this was noted by Wall Street. In fact a few investors of intel, a big time firm publicly called this out.
1. Does AMDs ceo accept that there is a hike diff
2. Amd stock is only growing. Wall Street and other investors firm are happy with the stock.
With these two, doubt if amd can do a blanket increase. You can either have a cal with your manager and say you deserve more or get another offer to negotiate it gtfo
