Microsoft to Google: HSA

Anyone knows if I can continue using my Microsoft ConnectYourCare HSA at Google?

I heard you have to pay a $3 monthly maintenance fee but I’m not sure if Google also uses ConnectYourCare or not

  • Don’t roll it over to another company, move it to fidelity… all the benefits + access to low cost etfs

How did you do it? I’ve heard many people have problems with ConnectYourCare

I haven’t from ConnectYourCare but I have from another account into a fidelity managed HSA; it should just require you filling out and submitting a form and then a little bit of babysitting perhaps

My previous employer also used Health Equity so I didn't have to do anything.

There are internal writeups if you want to roll HSA to Fidelity since Health Equity has small fees but Fidelity doesn't.

I didn't try it yet but seems like a straightforward process that takes multiple weeks. I'll move to Fidelity at some point though

I have rolled two HSAs. Once your new HSA is set up, contact the administrator for the rollover paperwork which will be no longer than a page or two. It sounds like you have a Fidelity option too.

Im currently in process of transferring from CYC to Fidelity.

It’s taking a while tho. I bet CYC is dragging its feet.
