I am tired of working as a dev in salesforce and I feel I wont have upward mobility to the next level. I was offered to go to Accenture, with a 10k bump in salary and go in as a level 8 which is Associate Manager, but obviously most of the other benefits arent as good as salesforce.
Is it worth it to leave the comfy Salesforce life to do Consulting and avoid engineering work? Should I just keep looking within Salesforce?
I have 70k left in unvested RSUs which are really holding me back but i believe my career will become stagnant if i stay for 2 years and vest.

Without knowing more, I’d suggest you jump to another company but not Accenture unless the TC is significantly higher.
70k left in RSUs is not enough for me to consider staying at Salesforce.
