It's anonymous (at least ostensibly), but y'all should definitely assume that your employer is seeing every post, comment, and poll in this godforsaken app, including the activity in private company channels.

But this is not like when people (wrongly or disingenuously) accuse Facebook of "selling data," by which they mean "allowing advertisers to target you."
Blind is actually, literally, directly, selling data.
Whether or not the data is public doesn't matter imo. Many companies package and sell publicly availabe data to make it easier to understand or process.
FWIW I do no think this is controversial at all, just interesting
