So I'm vastly underpaid and overworked at startup I desperately want to leave. I had a Microsoft recruiter reach out for a Program Manager role and just passed the recruiter phone screen and have my first real round next week. Would really appreciate any tips on how to prep for the Microsoft interview process and what I should expect to get asked. I'm dying to leave this dumpster fire of a startup and have heard great things about Microsoft. Thanks in advance for any insight you can share :)

“In terms of prep, I would highly recommend checking out Product Alliance's Microsoft PM interview course. I’m sharing some of the insights from the course but the course goes wayyyy deeper and was super insightful. They also had lists of Microsoft specific questions sourced from their community that I actually got asked word for word during my onsite. I genuinely don’t think there’s any chance I would have gotten my Microsoft offer at the level I did without that course.
After you get through the course, start mock interviewing with friends who are also PMs or consider looking at services like igotanoffer where you can get a hourly coach for a few hours to evaluate you. I’ve also had some luck just DMing on Blind people at Microsoft to mock interview me for as little as $90/hour but the quality of mock interview feedback was definitely better with igotanoffer, albeit more expensive.
Damn that was a lot lol but I think it’s everything. Hope it’s helpful. Good luck in the interview.”

If yes, mind sharing how was your interview experience?
