Got an offer for a non-tech role at DD that expires in a week. I like the team and they are very interested. I am also in final rounds with Amazon and BCG next week.
In my mind, Amazon and BCG have prestigious brand names, but DoorDash is (potentially) a better long-term play as the company keeps growing. DD comp will probably be slightly lower right out of the bat. But has the potential to grow more with stock refreshes and raises.
Any thoughts on how I should approach these 3 opportunities in comparison? I appreciate any insights about the companies' culture, potential, etc.

If so, then the BCG all day long
Also, the BCG’s brand is stronger and more recognizable (outside of Blind)
BCG is great but it is Platinion which some people say isn't as glamouros as BCG itself.
I think it is a question of Amazon vs DoorDash. Why would you say your friends are miserable? Is it the hours, thr culture or something else?
