Does anybody here feel like their manager is a complete a**h*le?

Does anybody feel like their manager is a compele piece of shit, bloody sadist, good for nothing and the worst person on this planet, who’s only existence as a manager is to negate everything you say to prove his seniority, find faults with everything you do even if you made them look good infront of the leadership by delivering awesome work, just so he can protect his a** from senior management coz #bootlicker

how do you deal with such person to make them
listen to you, make them give you good quality work that you deserve and are asking for and stop them from blabbering their own shit?

Should you fight back and stand up for the hard work you have done (which your manager conveniently chose to ignore) and risk getting in tough spot and losing connections or surrender to your boss’s arrogance so u dont burn bridges?


edit - changing teams/company is not feasible at this point. BUT to that affect- is switching company because of a bad manager a sensible idea ?
