Try considering refreshers from both too. My if you look at next 4 5 years Spotify pay more than Slack even tho first year slack pays more
if ur in for the $ potential dont come here bc ppl r leaving like crazy these days bc we pay too little. no bonus, yearly salary increase is minimal (avg is 3.5% this yr π₯) getting promotion is very diifficult and sometimes political bc flat org. expect 2.5-3 yr schedule, 2 yr if ur lucky. promotion salary increase only at 18-20% + some stock refresher
money aside everything is perfect here - most ppl i know get by at 30hr/week. swedish summer means nothing happens june-aug. ppl r nice and everyone is passionate about the product. strong ppl-first mindset from top down
