currently i am unemployed and I have 401k on my former employees. I have received an email from fidelity saying the below.
The Recordkeeping Fee of 0.22% based on account balance per year.
where do i need to roll over my 401k until I get hired? any input would appreciated.

1) Roll over to a traditional IRA AT Vanguard or fidelity & keep everything “before tax”
2) if you think you’ll have low earnings this year, it’s a great time to roll your 401k (pretax) to your Roth IRA (post tax). You pay taxes on the transition, but it’s a great way to build tax free income in retirement.
Fidelity has a great UX and recently released some zero fee mutual funds to compete with Vanguard. I’d recommend Fidelity.
