Asians - what are your thoughts on asian female white male ?
What does everyone get for 401k? Genesys offers a max of 4k a year, ( but you have to put in 4K as well) which is low in my opinion. Ericsson would match 6% with no maximum which I loved. What does your company provide
5% of all cash comp, up to the IRC max of $290k. Plus 4.5% pension. Plus 3% match on deferred comp for those making more than $290k.
Our plan also allows after-tax contributions for backdoor Roth.
Those those doing the math that’s $14.5k in 401k match plus $13.05k in pension. There’s also a non-qualified pension for the amount greater than $290k to go with the deferred comp plan.
Dollar for dollar up to 50% of irs max.
Can you do front loading for pretax 401k at meta and front loading of Roth IRA ?
Wait did Microsoft change? It had to be a 50% match, not dollar for dollar. Negligible difference in the long run. Yes I'm leaving meta in January and front loading for the match before leaving
125% of contributions upto a max of $10k
Company contributes 5% of base salary on top of our own contributions, regardless of whether or not we choose to contribute ourselves.
It's a tiered system, up to $7500 that goes up based on how much you contribute: - 1% match @ 1% contribution - 1.5% match @ 2% contribution - 2% match @ 3% contribution - 2.5% match @ 4% contribution - 3% match @ 5% contribution - 3.5% match @ 6%+ contribution So if you contribute 6%, they'll bump it up to 9.5%.
10% of base+bonus provided you out in 5%. So $25k at $250k. It’s a solid perk
Essentially its a 100% match up to 8%. 4% automatically, another 100% match up to 4%. So if you put in 4% you get 12%.
100% match up to 6% contribution of your base. But the 401k match starts after 6 months of joining.
Genesys Ireland give 8% once you contribute 2%. Not sure about the US but the benefits we give there are typically just as good if not better
It’s not. Genesys USA is 50% max at 4k. So we have to put in 8k to get 4k. With the low pay here it’s hard to put away 8k. I’m able to put away 4500 a year so I’ll get 2200 matching from genesys USA
Google matches 50% of your contribution. I max my 401K so Google matches $9750 to 401K
Same with Microsoft
