Can your post be visible to company wifi? Are there any protections blind has in place to protect the user?

    OpenVPN...

When ever I travel abroad(Russia!), I route my phones connection through a server, running 24/7 at home, with OpenVPN on it.

Using a VPN is just good practice. I don't trust my university Wi-Fi so I definitely don't trust airports, state owned public wifi, or Russian mobile carriers with my data.

    Tl;DR: use a VPN

One would assume Blind uses TLS for communications with their servers, so you’re as protected as with Facebook, Google, etc.

Unless you had to install a root certificate when initially connecting to your company WiFi, you can assume all encrypted communications are safe.

If you’re in doubt, use a VPN.
