Customer discovery outreach methods.

I've recently joined a B2B solutions company that has existing customers and a product built using traditional methods. There aren't too many existing users, or analytics baked into the product.

Sadly, we don't have access to our customers for discovery as there are strong clauses in place to not communicate with them directly.

What methods would you suggest to reach out to target customer personas outside of our customers? #product #outreach
