A lot of us don't think PgMs should be earning even 200k. Obviously, old-style Microsoft "Program Managers" are different--those people were badasses. But I don't think they really exist anymore.
Average comp for lvy 65 (non engineering) is 180k base with 20% bonus and 36k stock. TC average is 250-260k. People report that it is higher because of previous stock vests that have doubled or tripled since they were originally issued. TC for lvl 66 is 310k. Level 67 TC average is 450k which is wheat you are shooting for. However, you need more than 10 years experience.
PgM 400k? that's an overpaid PM who will get fired as soon as layoff happens
