My family was homeless in the South. We were encouraged by nonprofits and a case worker to move to CA, because the vast resources.
Stop voting blue!
Most red states are net receivers of tax funds. CA is a net provider of tax revenue. How can we justify conservative political views? They’re all on welfare.
Maybe if fewer states bought one way bus tickets for their homeless to California it wouldn’t be so disproportionate. The United States would be a significantly weaker country without California’s contributions.
Or maybe CA weather is so nice that people are ok with not finding shelters

Broward county in Florida bans begging and homelessness. Cops 👮♀️ will put them in jail
Doesn’t change net homelessness. It just changes the location of where homelessness takes place. Not a solution without programs to get them back on their feet.
Oh and those jails are private prisons that donate to GOP politicians that back this law.
When the poor red states send their people...they’re not sending their “best”...
5th largest economy in the world! Don’t like it? Move to fucking Alabama then.
All that matters is per capita and quality of life. CA ranks at the bottom of that measure.
Imagine what the economy would be like if you solved the homeless problem instead of enabling it.
