Trump administration files motion in court to revoke EAD for H4 visa holders
comments
When I applied, the wait was 4 years, now 10-11.
My wife came here for grad school not because of our marriage. She is highly qualified, has an awesome job but unfortunately she didn't get through lottery and just has one more chance at it. H4 EAD is not something we wanted to do, but that would be her only option if she doesn't get lottery next year.
If there was a true skills based immigration or we were born somewhere else, all this wouldn't have been an issue.
No idea what you mean by "have more kids".
if by your argument that their wife are treated crap, then it makes even more sense to give them ability to work , since they can't be abused exploiting their inability to support themselves. if you think they should be abused, then i have nothing to argue with you. live in your alternate reality.
