I have an offer from Asana for an L5 SWE
Base 215k (no bonus)
RSUs 800k/4yrs
I’m not really sure of the company’s current valuation, so it’s difficult to value the RSUs. If my math is right it seems like the offer is valuing the company a bit over 5B. Does that seem right?
In general how does the offer look, any room for negotiation?
Current TC ~400k 10 YOE
Update:
I decided to join FB. My offer was 205k base, 700k equity, 50k sign on.
