Hi, I have couple of offers for Senior SRE roles.
Interviewed just to see how much I can get and I didn’t think I would consider taking them but now that offers came in, the idea that I could make more than I make now bothers me in a good way.

Currently at Apple 5yoe $250$k( because Apple’s stock went up) initially started at $230k.
I would like to stay but we won’t get raises until end of this year. Can I tell my manager that I got offers and if they could match it or it’s a bad move, and I should just decide to stay or leave?

1) new offer tc $330k
2) new offer tc 320$k
I am sure I can negotiate for more. 20-30k more. #tech

If you are ready to make more money regardless, you should frame it that way and can absolutely ask for a raise even if it’s off cycle. You just have to be prepared to actually leave. If you like the company and want to grow, you should frame it as “I got an offer to make significantly more than I make here, but really see myself growing into my current role. What do I need to do to make this amount?” Idk about apple, but I feel like most companies do not try to get you to stay
