Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
Looking for base/total comp for AMAT E4. Would they advance to E5 if your experience justified it?
Is 135 k good base for santa Clara?
For what position and level? That's on the high end of E3.
E4 is like 10yoe, should be 165k base + 30k bonus + 40k stock TC ~ 240k
I got an E4 offer from AMAT - 135K Base + 20% Annual Bonus (Variable) + 25K sign on + 15K RSU (4 year vesting). I feel it's bout 15% less than the industry for a program management role
What's your YoE?
That's way too low
20% cash bonus annual is a lot right?
Yes, sure. That’s their way of making up for low stock. Typical structure for companies that don’t have the high profit structures as FAANG
It's not fixed on any percentage. E3 and below have their bucket that's scaled based on individual and company performance; typically around 10%. E4 and above have another, larger bucket with their own scaling factors. Can easily be >20% with the individual smashing objectives during a strong corporate year.
By the way, is program management role has different pay scale than process engineer?
What would be the TC for director ?
Hi, I heard it's around 135k base, give it take a few grand. Then year end bonus is up to 25%
