Blind Tax: 125k base, 15% yearly bonus, 90k unvested RSU at peak price. YOE: 7ish.

Boston metro. Graphics Verif.

I have been waiting for a written offer from Qcom and since Intel has been low-balling me, I decided to interview Nvidia in the meantime. All rounds are done.

Finally received the qcomm written offer:
Staff Engg. 182k base, 40k joining, 250k/3 rsu. No written annual bonus unlike intel/amd.

If i get selected for Nvidia, should I wait for their offer (not sure if they will meet or beat Qcomm) ? Or just choose QComm and go with it? Any information on what I should expect from Nvidia offer is helpful. The level and pay to be expected if I should wait for their response.

This!.. Qcom hiring is team specific and they jump back to hiring you again later. I reneged AMD long time ago and now I have multiple offers from them. Team interviews 10s of candidates and they forget you in split second. Do what's best for you

NVIDIA takes forevverrrrr. took forever for me, and seems to be the case for people online. Pushing only worked for me because I had the senior HM's email since he knew recruiting was super slow and encouraged me to reach out if I can't reach recruiting for results lol otherwise, I think it would have taken a month lol
